  • Four participants are required for each session to operate as normal, otherwise OPEN GYM will be available instead.
  • Young Athletes is a term by term program, please contact us first if you have a child interested in joining.

Please Note:

  • MINDBODY has a 12 hour lock out time, so make sure you book ahead (not 10 mins before)
  • If you can’t attend your session please make sure to cancel on the MINDBODY app. This let’s other people on the waitlist to be added to the session.

Our timetable is a 5-day whole body program, with each day working on a different part to achieve fat loss and body composition. Each session is designed to compliment one and other. All sessions are suitable for all fitness levels with trainers able to modify any exercise not suitable for you.
