Our group training sessions are designed with the most effective and scientifically proven methods for transforming your body. Every workout has a specific program for achieving fat loss and body composition results. Programs change every 4 weeks

Download app. Search for ESTABLISH Health and Performance. Make us your favourite, book and pay.
- MINDBODY has a 12 hour lock out time, so make sure you book ahead (not 10 mins before)
- If you can’t attend your session please make sure to cancel on the MINDBODY app. This let’s other people on the waitlist to be added to the session.
What to bring:
- Comfortable workout clothes

- A sweat towel
- Bring a water bottle

LIIFT is the ideal class for you. We don’t just burn cals, we teach you how to incorporate weights into your training routine, and we’ve added an ‘I’ in the word LIIFT.
Cause we like to add or finish the workout with a cardio zone!

Our all new class ‘FORM’ is a strength session that is fully structured around weight training.
That focuses on compound movements with low and high reps. This session comes with your very own strength ‘COACH’ that will help correct your ‘FORM’ and, give you the confidence to unleash your true inner strength.
This class gives you the same quality and results of personal training, only in a group environment and is catered for beginners through to advanced!

BPM is a fun, fast workout full of all the goodies including cardio, strength endurance and core.
BPM is ideal for beginners chasing a fast, fat-burning result.
BURNS BODY FAT
BURN CALORIES FOR HOURS
Get the heart rate pumping and the blood flowing with this Conditioning based workout.
Blitz is an effective circuit program that includes body weight, strength, cardio and core.
This is the perfect session to go at your own pace or push yourself to your limits!
TARGETS BODY FAT
HIIT is our most challenging session of the week.
It’s High Intensity meets Boxing, the perfect recipe to find your inner Athlete.
HIIT normally consists of cardio, body weight exercises and Cardio Style boxing.
HIIT is always different so you never get bored!
SPEEDS UP METABOLIC RATE

This is the only session of the week were we team up together.
