Download app. Search for ESTABLISH Health and Performance. Make us your favourite, book and pay.
- MINDBODY has a 12 hour lock out time, so make sure you book ahead (not 10 mins before)
- If you can’t attend your session please make sure to cancel on the MINDBODY app. This let’s other people on the waitlist to be added to the session.
We provide group training sessions for groups that are in town for only a short time and need to stay on track with their health and fitness.
We provide beach, park or in gym sessions. Contact if you would like to book a session. Minimum 6 participants required.
If you would like a personal challenge whilst on holidays, our one on one training services will provide just that!
Whether you need to burn off the holiday treats, maintain muscle or just want to keep yourself on track, we can provide the service you need whilst you’re away from home!
If you would like the comfort and privacy to train with friends without interference from weather or spectators, we have the option to have your group session in the EST gym.
The gym is available for your own personal group session in our off-peak times, where you can have the space and trainer all to yourselves. Minimum 6 participants.
