Establish Health and Performance offers qualified, experienced and professional personal training. Our personal trainers are passionate and dedicated to improving the lives of their clients and don’t take any health and fitness goals lightly.
We know your goals are important to you, so we will take the time to understand what you want to achieve. By getting to know you and about your lifestyle (as much information about you as you allow) we make it our job to get you the best results possible.
Our personal training programs have been tried and tested with many clients before and we are confident that you will achieve your goals and get off the diet merry-go-round. You are not alone, the hurdles you feel are stopping you can be removed and we are here to help you do that.

Please Note:
- MINDBODY has a 12 hour lock out time, so make sure you book ahead (not 10 mins before)
- If you can’t attend your session please make sure to cancel on the MINDBODY app. This let’s other people on the waitlist to be added to the session.
