60 YEARS PLUS

Resistance training is extremely important for maintaining a healthy body and mind. Our Strong Seniors classes are specifically designed for mature individuals and will provide health benefits such as functional movement, strength, flexibility and weight control.

The class is suitable for beginner to advanced participants. Our instructors are experienced personal trainers and are able to modify any exercise to suit individual needs.

All instructors are trained and certified in First Aid and CPR.
